POWER LOSS

These Power Loss deposits form in (and cleaning can be applied to), 3 general areas of your engine--1. fuel system (cleaned by our Injector Cleaner in the fuel tank--very easy), 2. crankcase (cleaned by our Tune Up--easy), and 3. air intake / exhaust (cleaned by our Tune Up plus IV Tube--not difficult).

  • Intake Valves and Air Intake Ports: Carbon absorbs fuel during sudden acceleration (fuel wall-wetting). Area 3 air intake / exhaust (Gasoline engines only with our iv tube)

  • Fuel Injectors: Restricted fuel flow starves the engine under high load. Area 1 fuel tank

  • Turbocharger VGT Vanes: Deposits affect variable-geometry vanes, preventing full boost. Area 1 fuel tank (reduces soot output)

  • DPF:  Soot restrictions create high exhaust back pressure. Area 1 fuel tank (reduces soot output)

  • Catalytic Converter: Soot restrictions create high exhaust back pressure. Area 1 fuel tank and 3 air intake / exhaust (with our iv tube)

  • Piston Rings: Deposit-seized oil rings / compression rings reduce engine compression. Area 2 crankcase

  • Oxygen (O2) Sensors: Soot coating delays voltage signals, preventing the ECU from delivering maximum fuel power under load. Area 1 fuel tank and 3  air intake / exhaust (Gasoline engines only with our iv tube)
